Level 4 - Proof of Alliance
Completing this quest will earn the clan leader 120k SP and the Proof of Alliance, which is required to raise a clans skill level to level 4.
The quest starts in Giran Castle Town at NPC Sir Kristof Rodemai (He is on the first right directly north of the gatekeeper in Giran).
1) Talk to Sir Kristof Rodemai. He is seeking a clan leader to restore order in the kingdom, but he cannot join forces with someone whose skills are yet unproven. He recommends Witch Kalis' Test; if you succees, he will award you the Proof of Alliance & 120k SP.
2) You must goto Witch Kalis who is located southeast of the Ivory Tower (She is directly south east of the tower by the dim-white spot on your map). You must bring at least 3 clan members with you, 1 of which is going to die. All 3 members must be over level 40.
3) Talk to Witch Kalis and follow the prompts through, until she tells you that you shall now have to sacrifice 3 of your clan members.
4) Your 3 clan members that you have selected to participate for you must now talk to the statue of offering behind Witch Kalis. The last member to talk to the statue will die immediately.
5) After your clan members have spoken to the statue and the one clan member has died, each of the 3 members will have a "Mark of Loyalty" in their inventory. You must collect all 3 marks from each of the clan members.
6) Talk to Witch Kalis once you have collected the 3 marks. She will make you drink a poison that takes ~60 HP per tick (every 3 or 4 seconds), and can kill you if you go to 0 HP. You will need at least 1 bishop to heal you, or 2 lower level healers instead. (Hint: Wait until the party / parties you have arranged to hunt the mobs required to make the antidote, are in place before completing step 6. It will save you a lot of time)
7) Witch Kalis tells you that your 3 clan members need to collect 3 Herbs and the Blood of Eva to make the Antidote required to cure the poison. The 3 Herbs are "Herb of Harit", "Herb of Mahum" and "Herb of Vanor". The Blood of Eva is obtained by playing a game with Witch Athrea at Hardin's Academy.
8) Hunt Harit Lizardmen Shamans in the forest of mirrors, Vanor Silenos Shamans at the tower of insolence and Ol Mahum Withdoctors North of the Ivory Tower, each mob drops its' unique Herb Respectively.
9) After obtaining the 3 Herbs I recommend as many people as possible Teleporting to Hardin's Academy to play the game to obtain the blood of eva, you will need a good set of DD's to complete the game. (I recommend DD's with AOE damage).
10) Find Witch Athrea (Location 102K, 103K), she is practically infront of you if you teleport to Hardin's Academy from one of the towns / villages.
11) Athrea plays a game with the clan member(s). She summons 16 chests which must be destroyed until 4 are found that say "Bingo". You only have ~1 minute to destroy the chests. If you fail it will cost you 10k to have another go.
12) If you complete the game successfully Athrea will say Bingo and give you the Blood of Eva.
13) Take the Blood of Eva and the 3 Herbs to your Clan leader back at Witch Kalis. You can trade them like normal items. Once you have the 3 herbs and the Blood of Eva talk to Witch Kalis one last time and give her the items, she will make an antidote which she will give you and you can then use it like any other poison antidote.
14) Go back to Sir Kristof Rodemai at Giran and talk to him a final time, he will reward you with 120k SP and the Proof of Clan Alliance.
You can now upgrade your clan to level 4 if you have 1.4million Skill Points.
